Cozy Banana Bread Recipe

If you like baking and want to make a simple delicious fall dessert, this is the recipe for you!


FYI: This recipe makes two loaves of Banana Bread


 

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour

  • 2 Cups Sugar

  • 1 Teaspoon Braking Soda

  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

  • 1 Cup Nuts, Chopped (optional)

  • 3 Eggs, beaten

  • 1 1/2 Cups Vegetable Oil

  • 2 Cups Ripe, Mashed Banana

  • 1 Can (8 oz) of Crushed Pineapple, drained

  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract


Instructions:


1. Before you start to combing ingredients, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Also, get out two 9x5x3 loaf pans. Grease and flour both the pans.


2. Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. If you want to, add the nuts. I chose to use pecans. Set the dry ingredients mixture aside.


3. Combine all of the other ingredients. Remember, the eggs should be beaten before being added to the other wet ingredients. The pineapple also needs to be drained.


4. Once those ingredients are mixed together, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir until just moist (If you over-stir it will turn out too dense).


5. Spoon the batter into the loaf pans. Again, the loaf pans must be greased and floured.


6. Bake for one hour or until done. Let it cool for 10 minutes and enjoy this delicious dessert!
