With Easter right around the corner, store shelves are full of Easter candy. I'm not picky about candy, honestly sugar is sugar. Unless it's something malt or licorice flavored, those I can live without. But, I do have my favorites that I look forward to every Easter.
1. Reese's Peanut Butter Egg
There is just something about Reese's cups in different shapes. It's the perfect proportion of peanut butter to chocolate.
They make these eggs both in milk and white chocolate, but the traditional milk chocolate will always be my favorite.
2. Peeps
You just get happy when you bite the heads off these fluffy, sugary chicks!
They make all kinds of flavors, but the cotton candy flavored ones are my favorite.
3. Mini M&M's
I love M&M's, plus I'm a sucker for anything miniature size.
If you've never tried the combo of M&M's and popcorn, you are missing out of a perfect sweet, salty combination.
4. Hubba Bubba Bubble Tape
This bubble gum was one of my favorites as a child. Unfortunately, the delicious flavor only lasts like 10 seconds. This six feet of bubble gum fun will be gone before you know it.
5. Nerds Gummy Clusters
These are my new obsession! I love the gummy inside with the crunchy nerds on the outside.
I've always been a huge fan of the nerds rope, but these clusters are perfect bite-sized versions.
6. Starburst Jellybeans
I'm not a huge jellybean fan, but these
jellybeans are actually really addictive.
They make the original Starburst jellybeans as well, but the tropical ones are my favorite. I'm a sucker for anything that has a watermelon flavor in it.
7. Cadbury Caramel Egg
Whether you say "carmel" or "caramel," these filled eggs are your classic Easter treat.
Whenever I think of these eggs I remember this weird commercial from the 90's.
Enjoy your holiday and be sure to thank me when you are in a sugar coma from all the candy!
