I don't know when you're reading this, but I'm writing this in April after a huge storm passed. I'm talking torrential downpour, me running out of Subway getting absolutely soaked, the puddles basically kiddie pools, and my socks, shoes, ankles, and kneecaps drenched.
It's days like these (maybe a little less rain, actually) when I love to listen to soft music and pretend I'm a water nymph or some other creature that can withstand the flood. But alas, I am but a simple mortal with soaked socks.
If you're caught in the storm like I was or wish it was a rainy day, here's a list of songs on my Rainy Daze Playlist. You can access and listen to it here on UCL Teens' Spotify account. There's a mix of ambience, lofi, and other soft, misty songs.
Here are some of my favorites:
Opaline by Novo Amor
After the Rain by Jordy Chandra, frad
Your Shirt by Chelsea Cutler
Call Your Girlfriend by Clara Mae
Crowd by Sophie Cates
