The MCU has a Plan

Marvel seems to plan everything out when it comes to the MCU. As revealed in Avengers: Endgame, there were Infinity Stones strategically placed throughout the Infinity Saga. This led me to wonder, how far ahead does Marvel think?

Thanos was first teased in The Avengers, where he sent Loki to collect the space stone with the mind stone in New York. It is later revealed that Thanos has more influence through Guardians of the Galaxy when he tasks Ronin with collecting the power stone. Not only were Thanos and the stones set up, but different crucial characters were as well. In Avengers: Endgame, Hawkeye took up two counterparts, revealing his secondary identity of Ronin from the comics. Also, in Guardians of the Galaxy, the back of Beta Ray Bill (the owner of Stormbreaker in the comics) was shown in one of the Collector's cases, though he is yet to officially appear in the movies.

Along the way, Ant-Man is placed in the Quantum Realm, leading to his discovery of time travel. This results in the Avengers obtaining the Infinity Stones and reversing the blip. More recent movies and shows have also contained tie-ins from previous Marvel works. One example can be seen is in Spider-Man: No Way Home, where previous Spider-Men Andrew Garfield and Toby McGuire made an appearance, connecting the plots of these previously isolated movies and shows. Then, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness also tied in the Fantastic Four, Inhumans, and even the original X-Men, further suggesting future connectivity between older properties.

The appearance of certain characters in Hawkeye, WandaVision, Avengers: Endgame, and other movies and shows may be suggesting the creation of the Young Avengers. You can check out this link that lists all of the Young Avengers members currently in the MCU. Also, some characters have been brought back to their roots and received reboots with the start of future movies and shows. One such character is Spider-Man, who, at the end of No Way Home, is living in an apartment listening to a police scanner. At the same time, Venom was revealed in the epilogue to have left a Venom symbiote in Earth 616 after Dr. Strange's new spell. Then, famous characters yet to be seen in the MCU are slowly being added and hinted at in these current movies in shows. This can be seen in Hawkeye and Spider-Man: No Way Home where Daredevil is introduced as Matt Murdock and Peter’s attorney. Then, Kingpin is introduced as the mob boss which Clint and Kate are fighting against.

The Eternals epilogue also revealed Dane Whitman A.K.A Black Knight, where he was warned about using the Ebony Blade by the half-human/half-vampire Blade. Agents of Shield revealed Quake, an Avenger in the comics, and the hero/villain of Ghost Rider. Then, Thor: Love and Thunder introduced Hercules, another Avenger in the comics.

Each of these introductions I have mentioned could also lead to even more characters being added to the MCU. The Fantastic Four could lead to the appearances of the Silver Surfer and Galactus. The Venom symbiote may lead to Tom Holland Spider-Man facing Venom and having his own Symbiote Suit. This is proof that all the Marvel movies are calculated and planned out, leading to even more complex stories in the future.
